Our goal is to ensure your total satisfaction with Grander Custom Tackle products. Grander Custom Tackle, LLC offers a warranty, in the form of a credit, on all products that we manufacture for defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
Replacements are not provided for normal wear and tear of a lure or dredge head. To receive a credit toward a replacement lure, we ask that you return the defective product and your shipping confirmation or order number.
Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above, or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Grander Custom Tackle expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
New, unused Pro Team Series lures and dredge heads can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom lures may not be returned unless they are determined by Grander Custom Tackle to be defective. Visit our FAQ for more information.
